Cynthia has been serving the needs of the hearing impaired since 1982.
She founded Creekside Hearing Aid Service in 1998. Cynthia holds both a California license to dispense hearing aids and a national certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences. She has earned the distinction of Audioprosthologist.
Cynthia is a member of the International Hearing Society and a past president of the Hearing Healthcare Providers of California.
She serves on the Legislative Committee where she takes the time to testify at the capitol in Sacramento to promote quality care, as well as protecting the rights of those we serve.
Cynthia has organized and participated in humanitarian projects in Mexico and Peru, fitting thousands of donated hearing aids to those who were otherwise unable to acquire help. Her commitment to service is evident through her business practice and through her community involvement with the Vacaville Rotary Club, who presented her with the “Service Above Self” award in 2004. Cynthia takes pride in providing quality, personal service to her patients and their families through counseling and education.

Laura joined Creekside Hearing Aid Service in 2005 as patient care coordinator. In 2006, she was promoted to Service Technician, responsible for cleaning, servicing, and repairing hearing aids in office. She held that position until she received her license as a hearing aid dispenser (Lic. # HA7927). Laura took an interest in the hearing healthcare profession early on and wanted to become more involved in improving each patient’s quality of life. Laura is a firm believer that communication is the key to happy and healthy relationships. In addition to her California hearing aid license, Laura has also been certified and licensed as a California Emergency Medical Technician.
Alejandra “Alex” recently graduated from Blake Austin College, where she earned her Administrative Medical Assistant certification. She has a genuine happy and warm disposition, and she makes everyone feel right at home. Alejandra really enjoys helping people and is bilingual (Spanish). When Alejandra is away from the office, her time is spent with her 3 children.
Creekside Hearing Aid Service was established in 1998. Our staff is committed to giving our patients the best hearing care possible and to serve as a guide in making hearing health care decisions that will improve one’s quality of life.
We specialize in audiometric testing, hearing aid evaluations, fitting of advanced hearing systems, and counseling.
